- Free trial periods (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before trial end—these are not refundable once the trial expires.
- To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of your initial payment.
2. Refund Request Process

- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, your refund will be processed according to the timing outlined below.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for partially used billing periods beyond the 7-day window.
- Charges resulting from payment processor fees, currency conversion, or international transaction fees.
- Third-party add-ons or plugins purchased separately.
4. Timing of Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of approval.
- The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
5. Method of Refund
- We will refund the original payment method whenever possible.
- If the original method is unavailable, we may issue a credit to your XtremeHDIPTV account, valid toward future subscription fees.
6. Chargebacks
- Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay or forfeit your refund eligibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if a chargeback is filed without prior authorization.
